of up to +45°C.• -35°C and -86°C units with storage capacities from 80 liter to 600 liter. Microprocessor based LCD /LED display Independent bottom temperature control with
audio visual alarm for high and low temperature. And Power failure alarm. CFC free refrigeration system.
1.The Interior and Outer door should be painted steel. Its Inner door should be ABS resin
panel with stainless frame, 2 doors.
2. The shelf should be of Stainless steel,
3 shelves (adjustable), Inner dimension;, Load; 50 kg/shelf.
4. Its Access port should be 17 mm diameter, 3 locations (back, 2 bottoms)
5. The insulation of the Ultra- Low Temperature Freezer should be Vacuum insulation panel + Rigid polyurethane foamed-Our in place.
6. It should have two types of Compressors, (a) compression: Hermetic type, Output; 1100Wand (b) compressor: Hermetic type, Output; 1100w.
7. The Evaporator should be Tube on sheet type.
8. Its Condenser should be Finless tube type.
9. The Freezer Refrigerant should be HFC mixed refrigerant.
10. The Temperature controller should be Microcomputer control system. And the Temperaturedisplay should be Digital display.
11. The Ultra-Low Temperature Freezer Thermal sensor should have Platinum resistance (Pt 1000Q)
12. The Alarm should be for High temp. Alarm, Low temp, alarm, Power failure alarm, Door alarm,Sensor abnormality, Fan motor abnormality, Compressor temp abnormality & Cooling circuitabnormality.
13. The Remote alarm contact should be Allowable contact capacity: DC 30 V, 2A.
14. The Ultra-Low Temperature Freezer Weight should be around 320kg/328kg.
15. The essential Ultra-Low Temperature Freezer Accessories, like 1 set of key, 1 scraper, 1 stickfor air intake port cleaning, etc. should be part of the main quote.
16. The Ultra-Low Temperature Freezer Cooling performance should be -80oC at the center of the chamber (ambient temperature; 30oC, no load).
17. The Ultra-Low Temperature Freezer Temperature control range should be -500C to – 860C
